All these flavours are suitable for cupcakes (except for the Rich Fruit Cake), celebration cakes and wedding cakes, please contact me for a quote. All flavours are the same price (with the exception of the Rich Fruit Cake).
~ The Celebration Range ~
Vanilla Bean With Vanilla Bean Buttercream Delicious moist sponge cake, flavoured with finest vanilla bean, filled with raspberry conserve and smooth vanilla bean buttercream, this is by far the most popular choice for wedding cakes. This flavour of this cake only improves with age, and can last for two to three weeks if stored properly after you wedding day, making it an excellent choice. The traditional ages-old recipe is the basis for most of the sponge-based cakes I make.
Chocolate With White or Milk Chocolate Ganache Rich dark chocolate cake, filled with a silky, melting ganache made from either white, milk or dark chocolate. A cake with amazing depth of flavour, this is the chocaholic's dream come true!
Lemon Cake with Lemon Buttercream For those who don't have such a sweet tooth, this is the perfect selection. A moist cake flavoured with the juice and rind of real lemons, and filled with a lightly tangy buttercream and lemon curd.

Raspberry, Cranberry & Orange Cake with Lemon Buttercream Quickly becoming a signature Cakes at Rachel's flavour, this is a deliciously light, summery, fruity cake with a mix of tangy cranberries, sweet raspberry flakes and an undercurrent of fresh orange. The perfect alternative for those who aren't keen on a rich dark fruit cake, this cake has to be tasted to be believed! Strawberry Delight With Vanilla Bean Buttercream A delicious cake flavoured with real strawberries, filled with strawberry conserve and a layer of deliciously sweet vanilla bean buttercream for the wedding cake with a taste of summer.
Carrot Cake With Orange Frosting A wonderfully succulent cake which is packed with real carrot, and filled with a melt-in-the-mouth orange frosting which perfectly complements the flavour of the cake.
Red Velvet With Cream Cheese Frosting A modern classic, this beautiful cake looks stunning when cut through as the deep red velvet cake contrasts with the white cream cheese frosting. Not quite vanilla and not quite chocolate, yet still a very flavourful cake - I can guarantee one slice won't be enough!
Raspberry With Vanilla Buttercream A delightful cake, subtly flavoured with real raspberries, filled with heavenly raspberry conserve and buttercream infused with vanilla bean, the perfect light summery taste!
Coffee and Walnut Cake with Espresso Buttercream Flavoured with real freshly brewed espresso and the crunchy walnuts adding a pleasing texture, this cake is a tasty classic favourite. (Contains nuts)

Rich Fruit Cake A dark, succulent cake, jam-packed with plump juicy fruit which has been soaked for two to three days in brandy, slowly baked to keep all the flavour and moistness in, then matured for two to three months and fed with brandy every week. It will then be encased in finest marzipan and smooth fondant icing to give you the most beautiful fruit cake which, if properly stored, will last for months after your wedding day. Traditionally, the top fruit tier of a wedding cake should be saved for your first baby's Christening cake! (Contains nuts)

Truffle Shuffle Rich chocolate cake with melty chocolate truffle filling in the centre (as cupcakes, topped with milk chocolate ganache and white chocolate shavings).
